Do you sell secondhand books?
Yes, we have. Please take a look at “Bargain shop”. The books may display minor shelf wear.
How long does it take to receive my books?
It will usually take only about 3 to 5 business days for your favourite books to reach you after we have confirmed your order.
When will your new stock be coming in?
We receive new stock regularly: simply set up an account with us if you'd like to be notified.
Can you order books for me?
You can email enquiry@tedbookstore.com to us about the book detail: title, author, publisher, ISBN.
How to I set up an account?
Account membership is free, simply click on “Register” at the top of the page and fill in your details.

How do I locate a book?
We have a wide selection of categories and items that may be overwhelming. To make it easy for you to shop, you can search through the items using Search Field.
Key-in book title or author or ISBN or keyword into the Search field found at the top of our page and then press the 'search' button (magnifying glass icon).
Do you accept orders from oversea?
Sorry, we don’t accept international orders for this moment.
How long does it take to receive my books?
Books delivery within Peninsular Malaysia will take up to within 3 to 5 business days*. Whereas, for East Malaysia delivery will take up to within 3 to 7 business days** to reach you, once your parcel is shipped out from our warehouse.
What should I do if the books received was damaged or is not the one I ordered?
If you have received a faulty or damaged item or the item is not what you ordered, please inform us at enquiry@tedbookstore.com within 2 days from the date of received of the books. It may take approximately another 5 business days for us to organize collection and receive the returned item. All items will be inspected on return, so please make sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
Upon receiving, we will inform you and the item delivery will usually take 3 to 5 business days to reach you. If the item is no longer available, we will refund your payment including the postage cost but only after the damaged item or wrong item is returned to us.
Can I return an item?
We understand that from-time-to-time you may need to return an item to us.
Before returning any items, please notify us at our email at enquiry@tedbookstore.com to discuss your reason for a return and organize an approval to return an item to us. Please contact us within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the book. Return items are exchangeable but not refundable. If the exchange item value is less than the Return item value, there will be no refund for the difference and if the exchange item value is higher than the Return item value, customer will need to pay the difference. In both cases, merchant charges for using and delivery charges will be applied. Tedbookstore will not offer an exchange for items that are returned damaged to us or never arrived.
Do you provide gift wrapping service?
Yes, we provide gift wrapping service and the wrapping paper is absolutely free! Please indicate in your order (at Delivery Method step) if you wish us to wrap the item you have purchased at tedbookstore.com.
Can I collect my online purchased books at your retail stores?
Sorry, we don’t retail store for this moment. We do provide courier service.
Can I request my order to be delivered on specific date or specific time?
Sorry, at this moment we can't deliver your order at specific date and time as the courier service providers we engaged do not provide this service.

How to I place an order?
Step 1: Select the book(s) of your choice,
Step 2: Click on the “Add to cart” icon,
Step 3: Click the Shopping Basket icon
Step 4: Confirm the details of the item(s) you have ordered in "View Cart" and click “Checkout”
Step 5: Key in your user-ID and password. If you are a new customer, kindly click “Register Account” and fill in the following details

How will I know if my item have been processed/ delivered?
After you have checked out, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your order. After it has been shipped, another email will be sent to you with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your items at the respective courier website.
Can I cancel / change an order / add items after I have confirmed it?
If you wish to cancel/change your order, please notify us at our email enquiry@tedbookstore.com. Orders can only be cancelled before the parcel have been shipped. As we strive to bring your goods to you as quickly as possible, it may not be always possible for us to cancel/change your order after it has been confirmed.
Can I place my order over the telephone?
It is much more convenient to buy your favourite books through our Internet store, and as such, we do not accept telephone orders.
Do I have to key-in my Voucher Code when I purchased books?
Yes, please key-in your Voucher Code at the Shopping Cart to entitle for discount. Tedbookstore is unable to refund the discount amount if you've confirmed your order without entering the code.

Can I pay by cash / COD or bank-in the payment?
